Adaptogen : Southern Ginseng Herb belongs to a special class of herbs that are known to regulate bodily systems. Some are suggested for high/low blood pressure, a weak immune system, insomnia, stress, bronchitis, gastrointestinal mobility, cardiovascular health and high cholesterol.

Directions : Add one teaspoon of Southern Ginseng tealeaves to 250ml of boiled, pure water and steep for 5 to 8 min. For best results, try 4 to 8 cups daily for 3 months. You can drink it in its natural state or add 3 to 4 strands of Stevia Sweet Leaves to taste. Stevia is 15 to 20 times sweeter than table sugar so a few leaves for a cup of 250ml tea should suffice.
